Are Shaklee vitamins considered good vitamins? They are supposed to be
(mostly) natural. They are expensive, though. The sales lady says
things about the way they are processed are better for maintaining the
nutrients or something.

Are they as good as they claim? Are there some other vitamins that are
better?

Thanks,
Steve

You can have them in a shaklee or a frostie or just take them with plain
water.
