[...Eye-Strain During Sleep
Many people complain that when they first wake up in the morning, they

Unequal Powers31 Mar 2009 16:02 GMT11
What would happen if the power in one side of a
spectacle is greater or lesser than the other,
for example, you have myopia of -3.0 OD and
-4.0 OS and you are wearing a spectacle that

I frequently post articles from the BEM on this forum, and the reason

After all even if one person is cured as a result it will have been

"As a man thinketh in his heart so is he," is a saying which is
invariably true where the sight is concerned. When a person remembers
or imagines an object of sight perfectly the sight is perfect; when he
remembers it imperfectly the sight is imperfect. The idea that to do

Eye colour can change over time?21 Mar 2009 07:07 GMT12
I had a conversation on MSN with a Dutch friend who said her eye
colour changed. I was not aware that a person's eye colour can change

before, when it was green, and then afterwards, it was hazel brown.
Astigmatism21 Mar 2009 05:09 GMT3

eye surgery.  I had 20/20 vision when I was 21 and now (40) have 1.5 d
of astigmatism.  Is this unusual?  I'm wondering if astigmatism that is

I have grown up since I first wore glasses 6 years ago. I still
have the same -3.0 eyes. I heard that if the PD of the eyes
don't match the OC (as my PD got wider), there would be
prismatic effect. What is prismatic effect? Does it involve
