I've been staring at computer screens for 12 years just fine, often
many hours a day, until about a year ago. Since then, after about 4

Bates - I am tired, I think I'll quit after 2 years27 Jun 2008 20:10 GMT47
I started practicing Bates Method 2 years ago, with a myopic defect of
-3.00 and -3.25. I actually can have voluntary flashes of clear vision
(blinking). During these flashes I can read very well: 10/10 if light

Eye strain in one eye23 Jun 2008 17:21 GMT2
This is almost certainly largely a problem of my own making, in that I
spend 10-12 hours per day at my PC, 6/7 days a week. But this
particular issue, getting a bad eye strain in my left eye, seems to

nystagmus. However, there has been a noticeable medium-distance zone
