What duration of time should be expected for lasik post-operative swelling of the corneas? Does the cornea change shape from the swelling? Does the swelling cause high order aberration?

I expect to order a new pair of glasses shortly. I need strong concave lenses. Twenty years ago, when I didn't need quite such a strong prescription but high refractive index glass didn't exist, I had 'coke bottle' style glasses, with parts of the lenses near my nose ground

Until my cristal-based eyewear is fabricated, I was given temporary glasses to wear. The lenses on these glasses are based on antireflective coating, which my original glasses already had. This temp eyewear is also based on the same, previous prescription.
