In VEP 4Hz means 4 images per second or really 4Hz?09 Oct 2007 18:58 GMT2
when one reads that in VEP a checkboard is shown as positive/negative image

a) show positive, wait 250ms, show negative, wait 250ms, again..
b) show positive, wait 125ms, show negative, wait 125ms, again..

average vision in the other (-2). I often wear contacts but when not wearing
them I try to avoid wearing glasses except for driving, tv etc. As a result I

RGP and large pupils07 Oct 2007 02:30 GMT48
I love my vision with my RGP contacts, but in low light I'm getting
starbursts around point sources of light.  It has to be quite dark,
like driving on a country road at night - then lights in the distance
turn into annoyingly large asterisks.  An oncoming car or even a nearby
Astigmatism 06 Oct 2007 22:01 GMT4
I have a small amount of astigmatism (-0.25) in one eye which I understand is
very small. I wear contacts so given that -0.25 small I was surprised that I
noticed the difference between my eyes when I was test with lenses in. I
could read 20/15 with the better eye and only just ...
Changing contact lenses--knowing when it's time06 Oct 2007 12:13 GMT13
I have disposable (soft) toric contact lenses that are supposed to be
worn for 14 days and then replaced. The lenses are for distance
vision, and because I work out of my home at a computer, I don't put
them in when I'm here. I generally only wear them when I go out for,

myopia and eye strain at near05 Oct 2007 16:50 GMT49
I can tell that my eyes have got more myopic since my last
prescription. So until I get a new prescription I think it's a bit
like having a slight plus lens on (probably about 0.5D). However, my
eyes are feeling increasingly strained when using the computer

The Maxwilly Stud-Max pills
The first of a solution of this kind, this is the product you have

Variation in Vision03 Oct 2007 17:14 GMT3
About 6 years ago I began to notice that from one day to the next the clarity
of my vision shifted.
Some days crystal clear. Other days, I might as well have not bothered
putting glasses on.
Maximum primary visual cortex stimulation?03 Oct 2007 16:08 GMT3

from a video?
I thought about a black and white chequered board inverting (the black
