What is ptosis ? Abnormal drooping of the upper eyelid is called ptosis. Normally, upper lid covers about upper one sixth of the cornea i.e about 2mm.(In ptosis it covers more than 2 mm.

I was wondering if it is inadvisable to have the strongest possible script for your prescription lenses. I have had the same script for close to 10 years now and do not have any problems with reading near and far. I have -4 left in my left eye and -3.25 in my right eye.
