/delurk I have rapidly progressing psc cataracts. I'm 35yo. In two weeks I'm having surgery on my left eye and having a multifocal lens implanted. two weeks after that I'm having my right eye done also with multifocal.

What exactly do rewetting drops do that saline doesn't? Rewetting drops cost $15-20 per ounce. Whereas saline is about $0.25 per ounce.

I dont know if this is the place to ask this.. But recently, i started a new job that requires me to sit infront of a laptop for very long hours. When i look in the mirror now, i see some black color under my eyes, toward the nose area and i think its spreading or something...

I bought a pair of glasses less than a year ago, and the frame chipped when I dropped them. I was able to find the exact same frames at a store (without an optometrist). When I had metal frames, there was a screw that allowed you to loosen the frame and replace the lens. But

Well, I got my progressives, and I think I'm adapting fine. Small problem, though. Things are fine at far, but at near, I need to turn my head to the right to focus. Is this how these things are supposed to work, or is a center off? How off does a center need to be to notice ...
