I had an interesting experience with an ocular hypertensive (OHTN) patient the other day I thought I would relate. It is ONE patient and ONE experience, so I do not wish to draw any conclusions -- just to relate some anecdotal information.

I have one ear a little lower than the other. I'm trying to find something to fit on my ear piece to make my glasses even. It bothers me and I keep fidling with them. Does anyone know of anything?

I have a +6.00 bifocal prescription. Would a 1.60 high index lens with AR coating be a good choice? Also do high index offer better optics and less distortion than polycarbonate lens? I need one pair of progressives and a second pair of line bifocals to wear around the

I have two floaters. One is big, thread-like and light-colored. The other is small but dark-colored (it looks like a small black insect). So, I guess those floaters have different origins because of the completely different shapes. Does anyone have an idea as to where they came ...
