I am seeking the most practical way of treating my crusty eyelids.
My optometrist told me to use a hottish compress on the eyelids > to
gently scrub the eyelids with cotton buds  soaked in diluted baby
shampoo > then rinse the eyes with water.

Preference Torics seem to work, mostly.  Tried Hydrasofts but

As a child my windows had cloudy stickers on them similar to the color

Warrant Officers today. To my surprise, I hadn't even scheduled an
appointment or I started a warrant officer application packet, but here
