Blurry circle in center of my eye07 Apr 2005 02:20 GMT6
Hi all, I noticed four days ago that I am now seeing a gray blurry
circle in the center of my left eye.  It is not a floater but rather a
large spot of diluted vision.  If I close my eye, it appears as a ball
of light exactly the same as if you stare at the sun then close your

Warning avoid visiondirect.com like the plague05 Apr 2005 17:21 GMT3
Ordered contacts from this company that came in blurry.  Same scrip as
my existing lenses. My eye doctor cleaned and polished them - still
blurry.  They had me return them. Their response - you didn't clean
them.  You're at fault.  Too bad.  We won't do anything else for you.

Asking for less than perfect IOL in Cataract Surgery04 Apr 2005 00:10 GMT36
When I go in for my cataract pre-surgery sessions in about 6 weeks, is it really
_practical_ to have a 20/20 iol put in. I wonder about asking them to aim for a
light myopic lens.
My wife recently had a similar cataract op and when they asked just prior to

I've been a contact wearer for about 9 years and have worn both contacts

dryness and eye strain.  Most recently I've been wearing Proclear
Compatibles and they have been better than other lenses I've tried, ...

I tried using the Focus N & Ds for 2 days continuous wear and my eyes got

nystagmus03 Apr 2005 00:35 GMT7
My son will be 3 in April.  He was diagnosed with congenital nystagmus
