I am about to undergo another round of medical consultations, and wondered

Lenscrafters Lenses29 Dec 2004 18:58 GMT1
I bought new glasses from Lenscrafters three months ago.  After two
months the lenses were so scratched I needed new ones.  The original
lenses cost $300 and the replacement lenses were $150.  In the past I
don't recall plastic lenses being so easily scratched.  Also I remember
help obtaining some supplies28 Dec 2004 12:31 GMT9
I went to my optometrist.  He recommended an eye exercise for my
strabismus/v-syndrome that would use a red and a green lense, some kind of
clips (vannelli, ginelli, can't remember the name) for each eye to hold the
lense on, and a red and green filter taped to the monitor of my ...
Interesting Progressive Lens Info28 Dec 2004 11:03 GMT1

I have been to a few Doctors and non have really helped. I have horrific dry

Where can you buy contacts worldwide without having a current exam?24 Dec 2004 09:29 GMT49
Where can I buy contacts without a prescription outside of the United
States?  I understand risks concerning my eye health, have had them
checked three times in the last ten years without any further
adjustments from my initial exam, and have not had any unexplained eye
Polarized spectacle lenses - this sounds like BS to me24 Dec 2004 06:55 GMT6
Following is a description of a recent problem I had with 1.6 high
index Zeiss G15 polarized polycarbonate lenses.  I have a query in
with Zeiss but another USENET reader suggested I ask here as well.
Others have suggested that the problem has to do with clamp tightness
