implants, that is multifocal, but is supposed to work much better than

Lurking in alt.lasik-eyes I read the term "over-minused".  The reason
for it is over my head but sounds like what was done with my contacts.
One eye sees well for distance but not for reading.  The other eye
sees well for reading but not for distance.  My reason for RGP

Is it normal for the comfort of extended wear lenses to improve over time?
Worn Proclears for years  and would have said that comfortable. Never
noticed then unless maybe I was really tired at night.
During the last checkup I asked about extended wear and was given the Ciba

My son, Brandon, has reached 20/20 acuity in his better eye and 20/30

Excuse me if I don't have the terminology right.
I am 41, female, non-diabetic, near-sighted and have been diagnosed
today with subretinal neovascular membrane (SNM).  It has not affected
my center of vision but is quite large.  I do not appear to have a

Focus Night and Day lenses are approved to wear 30 days non-stop. However,
my optometrist recommended that I take them out once per week to clean them,
