Well...in my research so far going over everything so far I decided to try combining pinhole glasses and plus lenses (+3). I took some black construction paper made two holes using a push pin and taped them over my +3 glasses. I tried to watch tv and it worked from about 30ft.

I went to a local eye-glass store and they told me that my eye power (-2.5 sph, -3.75 cyl) is too high and rimless glasses cannot be made for them. Just wondering if this is indeed the case ? Does anyone have an idea ?

I have a question for all you contact lens experts. I have been using the Acuvue 2 lenses in (OD +1.50, OS +2.00). I have 0.5D astigmatism in my left eye only. Due to a small amount of blur in my left eye, my eye doc gave me Cooper Frequency 55 Aspheric in those same powers.

I went to the opthalmologist today to get checked for an eye infection. He said my left lens was dirty. Had me take it out, and put it in a case with some disinfectant. He then added Alcon Supraclens. When I put the lens back in my eye, it burned and stang my eye.

I was told by staff at an optical shop that the push-on clips that hold the temple on the lens regularly come off on the Silhouette frames. I was also told that the rimless frames frequently cause the lenses to crack. Another optician also warned me about this.
