Focus dailies and Dailies Toric....18 Apr 2004 09:30 GMT1
If the Focus dailies Toric was way too flat in my eyes and slid all

What are some of the best ways to palm?18 Apr 2004 00:49 GMT11
The best example is the man from Bates's book who palmed for 20 hours
and got clear vision.  I am not sure I am ready to try that yet.  So
far I have just turned off the lights for about 10 mins at a time then
clapped them on with my clapper.  I really want to give the Bates
Corneal Melts Associated with NSAIDs17 Apr 2004 06:20 GMT2
This will hopefully be of benefit to others who are wondering how much
Voltaren to use. I found a paper while surfing the Web, "Corneal Melts
Associated with Topically-Applied Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs,"
by Allan J. Flach, MD. One of the most notable findings was that, ...
Focus N&D difficult to remove17 Apr 2004 00:41 GMT2
I'm trying out a trial pair of Focus Night and Day contact lenses.
For the few hours after putting them in they felt great, and my vision
was as good as it has ever been. After awhile though my eyes became a
bit irritated, nothing severe but enough to make me want to take them

Contact Lens newbie question16 Apr 2004 02:11 GMT2
I've just bought some Bausch Lomb soft contact lenses in Bangkok for
$30 - with no instructions.
Problem is that they seem to work fine except I can't now see close up
to well whereas I could with my glasses. For instance the screen on
Eyes Off Center ... (Medical term?)15 Apr 2004 08:22 GMT1
I'm quite happy and comfortable with my looks, however, I feel my eyes
are slightly off center.  Not so much 'cross eyes', but more like,
the entire right eye, is actually 2mm higher than the left.  This is more
visible in photographs.  When I look in the mirror I can't even tell.
Is this a floater?13 Apr 2004 22:11 GMT7
I just had an eye examination to determine the cause of a recent
development in my right eye.  Although I've had LOTS of floaters in
both eyes all my life, the characteristics of this new development is
different from all my previous floaters, but it was diagnosed as a

Excuse me for the VERY recent posts lately, i hope it doesn't bother
you, especially due to the fact that the questions are somewhat
stupid, but the questions are resulted from my experience and the
experience of others.
Varifocal lenses and depth of vision12 Apr 2004 23:29 GMT6
I am short sighted but also need reading correction and I have found
that neither distance glasses nor reading glasses were suitable for VDU
use, and so I went for a set of varificals five years ago.
A month ago I had my eyes tested and although my distance vision has not

She Flunked the DMV Vision Test!12 Apr 2004 21:42 GMT16
My wife went in to renew her driver's license a couple of weeks ago, and
flunked the vision test.  So she had to go see the eye doctor this week.
She was really dreading it, since she had a bad time last time she went.
The last time she went she was 17 years old, and she is now 54 ...
