my Rx: OD -7.00 -0.75x15 OS -6.50 -1.50x175 the major component of the right eye's astigmatism is lenticular.

It is generally suggested to dry the hands on a towel before handling contact lenses (after you have washed your hands, of course) I don't usually do this because I think that the towel is often partly wet and is a great place for bacteria to proliferate. (*) In tap water

The saga continues... My mom's has cleared up after 3 weeks or so (which leads me to believe that it was viral rather than bacterial) but this morning there was crud in my left eye and the sclera and conjunctiva are redder than the right eye. Several hours later it looks

I previously tried wearing the Focus N&D lenses and the 8.6mm base curve didn't fit at all, as a matter of fact, the lens slid all over... then i was given the 8.4mm BC and the movement was well (about 0.3mm), but i just couldn't get used to the rough edges of this lens.
