I am having 10 day treatment starting on Nov. 7.  This T is driving me
insane. Thought I had habituated a few months ago but it now seems worse

habituation,  how long does it take, how do we cope?
I'll tell you what I have told them. Habituating tinnitus can be a very
lengthy process. I took me several years. There was no internet support group
