I am an ENT specialist (otolaryngologist) who suffers from tinnitus.
This message has a promotional component, so if you will be offended
stop now, but I do believe I have something to offer people who suffer

Today I took 250mcg of B12 supplement and my tinnitus cranked up about
10 fold within 6 hours.  I remember that in the past this has happened
with niacin as well as a vitamin B complex supplement.
What is the connection here with the B vitamins?  Is this expected

have the problem in both ears (not at the same time)?
