I've found that shaking my head modulates my tinnitus, does this happen to anyone else here? also low-frequency sounds such as glass-shaking reggae-bass tend to modulate the tinnitus.

I am about to see an Audiologist that practises TRT - the cost may be between 2 and 8 thousand dollars. Has anybody tried this? Does anybody hear have direct experience with this therapy.
