Approximately 2 years ago the ringing didn't stop for me.
So I went & had a hearing test - in a sound proof room the ringing is alot
more noticeable!!! My hearing results were that I had the hearing of a 45-50
year old (I was 31 at the time)

I went to a physical today and was told that my nose has a deviated septum.
This makes total sense to me since  I can hardly breathe at all through my
left nostril.  I also have sleep apnea.
The GP doctor thinks that it would be worth it to get the surgery to correct

This may be weird, but for sometime I have noticed that when I move my eyes
around I get different noises and pitch in my ears, although I have very
slight ringing in my ears all the time this is when I notice it most. Does
this happen for others?

You can get rid of this crap fairly safely
