It may well be that "half a loaf is better than none", but can the same be said about having half a brain? Our garrulous resident numbskull, fyfpoon, is a case in point. I would be willing to wager than an MRI would disclose extensive voids

I know of 2 places where neuromonics is offered. They say it is FDA approved and it sounds to me like the most effective method of treating tinnitus. Of course, it's $5000 US, so before I spend that kind of money, it would be good to hear some unbiased opinions about this. ...

Tinnitus to me is a symptom but not a cause of an illness. So why do all that statements suggest this or that treatment/med is effective/ ineffective for tinnitus? If the statements were modified in such a way as to suggest that this or that treatment/med is effective/
