Coffee makes not only me high but my ears quiet, either because it
keeps me from napping or it dilates my blood vessels, and in doing so
improves blood circulation.

I used to avoid napping as napping exacerbated my T.  Now I am not
afraid of it any more and I nap whenever I feel like it.  I think
napping may be good for the nerve recovery and it gives the body a
pause, making it more efficient.  At the same time, I think drinking
