My right ear has continuous T. My left ear sometimes pulsates a little, especially when I lay down to sleep at night. Changing my neck position completely stops it. Putting my finger in my ear, twisting it, and taking it out sometimes helps, although I can not be sure.

Most of those in AST who are opposed to even the mentioning of a cure do so NOT because they have done a survey all over the world to see if a cure has occurred and the circumstances under which a cure took place. They do so for the following reasons:

The statement that "there is no cure for tinnitus" is an incomplete statement. It leaves out something important at the end, and the statement, when completed, should be "there is no cure for tinnitus for *some*, but not *all* tinnitus patients."

In case you have not tried acupuncture, go for a couple of treatment with a certified acupuncturist. Nothing works for everyone but if it works for you it will be a tremendous bonus. I am the evidence that it cut down my tinnitus significantly.

Which is better for T. ? I saw may gallons of drinking distilled h20 with fluoride , i guess maybe for babys. They ran out of the regular distilled gallons so I took it. Should I ?
