My tinnitus is bilateral, it comes and goes along with a slight sense of
pressure on both ears. For many hours it remains quiet, then it starts

I had a hearing test done today, and there is a 20 db difference
between 1k and 3k, a 40 db loss at 4k going back up to 30 and 20 db at
6k and 8k respectively.
the doctor prescribed a supplement with lipoic acid 400mg.
