Hey everyone,
I developed an ear infection several weeks ago and while infected I had
to fly twice.  I dealt with the usual "plugged" ear and mild soreness I
normally experience.  The infection has been gone for a few weeks now

I just wonder if anyone here has any experience with "tinnitus re-training
threrapy"? Is the general opinion that this works or not? In that case are
there certain "types" of tinnitus that it works better for than others?

As I post this message, it's about 10:30 pm here in southern Oregon.
I'm a bit tired; I'm watching a TV show; and I'm writing this message
on my laptop.  And, then there the strong ear ringing that I hear at

I have had noise induced tinnitus for about 10 years and during that
period have suffered from fatigue.
Recently I had a sleep test which revealed a very low REM sleep
percentage of about 3% (average being in the 30-40% range.  I also was

I was at a pretty loud nightclub last night for 4 hours.  Towards the
end I noticed my ears ringing loudly.  It's been 12 hours since I left
the club -- I've regained my hearing but the ringing it still as
intense.  Is it typical for it to last this long?

the doctor prescribed two additional BP medications in addititon to the
one I was on.BP (& ringing)goes down but the ringing doesn't completely
stop.In the past I would only have this for a few days,this time a
month.Ideas-I'm already taking 3 BP meds
