About 6 weeks ago I found myself with a stiff aching neck and a high
temperature. After a few days I felt pressure in my head and earache.
The doctor has inspected my ears twice and twice prescribed beconase spray

During the two years I'd been away from this group I wondered about the
Transderm V patches from time to time. About 4 years ago there were
some discussion about it and I'm curious if there's been any further
news, studies or developments with this stuff?

Just come back from a stiff cycle ride.... blood circulation
increased.....my tinnitus increased.
When I'm lying down....blood circulation in my head increased.....my
tinnitus increased.

Just come back from a party next door. I'm not a regular drinker but had a
pint of lager there. My tinnitus is now much worse!  Pure shrill tones.
Anyone know what alcohol does  eg. does it constrict or dilate the blood

I don't want to jump the gun just yet and say I have tinnitus, as I haven't
been to a ENT specialist yet nor have I yet been properly diagnosed. I made
a post at WebMD, but I thought I'd ask some people who actually have
tinnitus before I give up all hope!

The purpose of habituation is to take our minds away from tinnitus.
Thus anything that could do so fits into that category.  It is OK, for
that reason, that non-tinnitus issues be introduced once in a while
into AST provided they are intellectually stimulating and can help

I got tinnitus from taking either tylenol with codeine or Vicodin
