i am 42 and have had t for 20 years. Starting as a barely audible ringing in both ears, then a slight hiss in my right ear. Innitially I could only hear this in the absense of other sounds ie in a totally silent room ie at night etc..

Is it normal for T to get progressivley worse? I have had mine for 2 years the noises have worsened and the hearing going down and still going lower......I haven't got menieres. (so neurologist says) All this to makes me anxious for what lays ahead, with the hearing

Well I had my T assessment today...not much different from an ENT visit....first of all I had to answer a questionairre, such as..does yur T make your more anxious..etc etc..I answered yes to 99% of them. Then she put something in my ear and the inside of my ear showed up on

Well Im enjoying my 3rd day of my T being totally insignifigant. and I'm loving it...it's still there but so quiet that it's hardly worth mentioning. Still loud when I first wake up too, but totally bearable..yay !! positive thinking !!

Today I was diagnosed with tinnitus after buzzing or ringing in my ears began about 10 days ago. Right now I am quite depressed. Are there any words of advice to get me out of this depression? I'm looking for support.

on the advice of the naturopath I snorted hot salty water tonight...it was disgusting and burned my throat, but the brain fog and head ache has lifted......works great for the sinus..the light headeness is great at the moment too.
