About a year ago when I first came to this support group, the most
frequently recommended was:"there is no cure for tinnitus and the only
way (to cope with it) is habituation...".

According to my doctor, sleeping without a pillow is the _nature's
way_ of sleeping.  Sleeping without a pillow may cause the body to
rotate this way or that in a rather awkward manner.  But that is how

well I had Bowen therapy eysterday..b4 it on a cale of 1 to 10 my T was at
an 8or 9..for a few hours after it it went to 2 then it got loud again, this
morning it is really really quiet..This woman was rough as..but she was
gettign right into the tendons in my neck..it hurt like ...

Even tho I have been told my the neurologist I dont have menieres, today I
am having what I call an "Ear attack"

How long should I give GB a chance before I make a conclusion about its

Does any doctor know what this substance is?  It was an intravenous
injection I received from a neurologist in China.  The first shot
produced very good effect or a lot of silence, but the subsequent
shots were less effective.

I wonder if there has been a study done on this relationship.  Right
out of the top of my head, I would say that the percentage of tinnitus
sufferers should be less among the smokers than non-smokers, as people
are less tense under the influence of nicotine.

I am so angry, the first day I got my mouth splint it split, I conitnued to
wear it while the guy made me another one...I went through the horrible
transition period which the dentist said is what he would expect if it was
working..anyway after a week or so and 2 days off work my ...

My t arose in the midst of emotional turmoil about a year ago.  In its
subsequent development, I read articles that talked about the relation
of our emotion to our t, and heard some doctors talking about such a
relationship.

Does anyone else get dizzy all the time with their T?
The ENT said I prob have menieres, but I dont get vertigo, I just feel
lightheaded when I put my head up or down. The Neurologist checked out all
my balance and said I was fine and that he didnt think I have menieres, he
