That is what I have been advised by a doctor. It works! The sound and the pitch of the t sound become smaller when I sleep without a pillow. So there is something to be said about the blood flow theory. FP

I just learned of a capsule sometimes prescribed for vertigo and tinnitus. From what I have read it seemd to help. I still haven't asked my doctor, but I am curious to know if any of you have heard of it. It is called LIPOFLAVONOIDE. I think it is an OTC.
