I had a talk with an experienced and highly qualified herb
practitioner a few days ago.  He indicated to me that gingko biloba
has never been prescribed _single-handedly_ to treat tinnitus.
According to him, whenever gingko is involved, it is always prescribed

I was prescribed this medicine and the medicine has a brand name of
BYMENIERE.  These tablets are made by the Japanese and thus I have no
clue what they are for because i can't read Japanese.
I do have found these tablets are capable of 'balancing' the head

extremely low pitched humming type tinnitus after holiday, and very
stressful return journey. Could this be a neurological hum, or impacted wax
ie, mechanical in nature. I'll get to the doc tommorow to check for wax.

I'm in my 60's and have had tinnitus for quite some time. Lately it is
getting much loader. I am also losing my hearing in the upper frequency
range - where the ringing is.
This may be a stupid question, but are the two related?
