I've had T for almost 10 years now.  I have stayed away from live music
shows because of this.
Last night I attended an outdoor classic rock festival -- Foghat, Tesla,

Hi, I have had tinnitus for 18 months now, is it normal in the early stages
for it to to change all the time.
It started as a rushing noise, then buzzing for a long time, and fullness in

I have discovered that not only high salt diet could affect tinnitus,
high sugar diet could do that also.  Both high salt and sugar diet
affect the inner ear fluid concentration which could result in an
aggravated T.

I have discovered over many times that if I had had a bit too much
beer the night before, I would usually get up the following morning
with (1)a dry mouth and (2)a much louder T sound.

Has anyone had any success with B12?  I read an article that stated there
was significant reduction in the *loudness* of tinnitus when receiving B12
injections.  Just curious.

Can anyone advise me about the effectiveness of flavinoids to help reduce
buzzing in the ears? I have been following this newsgroup but have never seen
them mentioned. The box they are packaged in states that it may take six months
to make a difference. I hate to invest six months ...

I've had noise-induced tinnitus for a year and a half. After the first
few months I habituated it didnt effect me so much. I've been pretty
careful since it started, wearing ear plugs in loud environments such
as night clubs.
