We don't really understand why A gets Tinniutus and B does not. But we do know that using biofeedback we can increae ciruclation, increase temperature of the hand, change the heart beat. If we knew ezactly what was going on in T , like we do for Blood Pressure,

Has anyone tried the Herb "Valerian Root" for relief of occasional sleeplessness. Does it work? Were there any side effects? I came across this one day when doing a web search, listed as an alternative for ambien. (It's amazing how many on-line pharmacies now dispense ambien).

My T started about one month ago and I went to the doctor and he could see nothing wrong and advised me to come back after a week, which I did. After a second visit he noticed some fluid in right my ear and a slight bulge in my ear drum.
