Anyone had any success with prescription medicines for tinnitus?

I had been under the impression that the tension in the neck had been

of my tinitus. It has become a bit worse but at the same times i just think
that the T is now equally distributed in my right and left ear, norlally i'd
only have it in my left ear.

Both of them are here to help, but not hurt.  I just don't understand
