I visited an ENT doctor and he gave me this pill and duxaril as a way
to improve the blood circulation to my inner ear.  This pill makes me
asleep in daytime.  Could I just take duxaril in daytime and both
duxaril and bymeniere at night?

Just wondering if sitting in a office full of computer equipment could bring
this on along with the associated ringing in my ears on a daily basis?

Not all T's are incurable and not all T sufferers have to suffer from
T forever.  I think it is in the interests of all new T sufferers to
rush to seek medical advice before settling into a perpetual mode of
accepting T forever.
