Meniere's, Partial fluctuating hearing loss, tinnitus, fullness24 Dec 2003 03:25 GMT2
I was getting so dizzy. I started blocking the bad ear with a foam
earplug 24/7. I do not get dizzy now. The tinnitus and fullness do not
bother me now. Please pass this info on to the net based meniere's
boards if you can. I couldn't even get on one of them the other day

I wondered if anybody could help me.
I developed a middle ear infection due to some cold / flu symptoms
over the last month. This was accompanied by annoying high frequency
noise that seemed to move between both ears. Anyway antibiotics seemed
Tinnitus and Sex23 Dec 2003 06:44 GMT11
A few months ago, I started experiencing tinnitus.  In the beginning,
i subscribed to my doctors' explanation that it was due to high blood
pressure.  My blood pressure was UN-stable but not dangerously
high(130-160/80-100).  But somehow I discovered that whenever having

hope my experience could be of some use to some people.23 Dec 2003 01:19 GMT2
I developed T about a couple of months ago.  It started with ringing
on my left ear and then it went all over the head.  I went to several
ear specialists and general physicians with no results and the only
release I got from them is a sleeping pill.
Why did the Ringing start22 Dec 2003 15:18 GMT17
I play drums in a worship band at our church and have done this for the past
8 years.  I have never had lengthy problems with ringing in my ears.
Recently I have had some dental work done (cavities replaced in the upper
left back part of my mouth and lower left).  Now, I have ...

Tennis elbow and Voltarol (NSAID)18 Dec 2003 20:24 GMT2
I have chronic tennis elbow.
My GP wants me to take a daily  100mg Voltarol tablet  (which contains
Diclofenac sodium and is a NSAID) for a couple of weeks.
He also wants me to use a Voltarol Gel directly on my elbow.
Xanax XR18 Dec 2003 18:55 GMT1
I went to visit my doctor today and he wrote me a script for Xanax XR 1mg. I
just took my first tab and I'll let you know how I fair. I'm excited as
Alprazolam was the ONLY thing that offered true relief. Unfortunately, I got
"hooked" on the straight Alprazolam some years back but ...
So how can T be controlled?18 Dec 2003 12:32 GMT4
Since no cure for T is available with the current technology, how
could the ringing be controlled to the point where a person could
operate 'normally'?

How could these drugs be bought without doctors' prescription?17 Dec 2003 03:24 GMT2
In order to buy drugs like Ativan or Xanax, one needs a doctor's
prescription and each visit to a doctor's office costs at least US$50.
The doctor prescribes at the most the dosage that last for 3 weeks.
What is the solution, if any, to this catch 22?

A wise man is superior to any insults which can be put upon him, and
the best reply to unseemly behavior is patience and moderation.
