After your septoplasty did your bipap, cpap or vpap settings need to be
adjusted?  I am using a new cushion; it's less than ten days old and it
leaks something fierce.  It replaced one that was definitely dead but the

I was it with antibacterial soap after use.  Is further disinfecting
necessary?  Is it ok just to let it air dry upside down?  I am
terrified of making the infection worse, but it doesn't seem to be
getting better without irrigation.

Hi,  I had FESS a few years ago which cleaned me out nicely.  But soon
after, my rheumatologist put me on a new immunosuppressant medicaton.
It works very well, except for the side effect of causing sinusitis.
I've had to stop taking it a few times now, to take antibiotics to

So after some months post op, a lot of stuff kept improving after many
years infected, most notably my HPA axis dysfunction, which isn't all
gone, but dramatically diminished.  From my perspective, HPA axis
