Is a spaced out feeling common when you have blocked sinuses - I
sometimes feel like I am not really there when moving around and in my
head. Its very weird.

Had my three month checkup with my ENT today.  Sinuses still look fabou,
have some non troublesome nasal adhesions that may or may not need
lysis, but not causing problems for me now.

I use a Neilmedi for irrigation and a facial steamer.

Anyone tried this drug for chronic sinusitis, whats the normal daily dosage
and for how long.
