I have a lot of mucus flow in the morning. It is both post nasal drip and runny nose. One of the problems is that I get a lot of mucus in my throat and this makes me gag. When I try to run in the morning, it is even worse. I have tried gargling with salt water in the morning

Sinus infection worsening so it might be doctor time. Last major one was 1-2 years ago and about 4 weeks on Biaxin XL seemed to work pretty good. Just curious so I'm asking this most knowledgeable group:
