has the group ever discussed getting an adenoidectomy as a way to cut down infections? Of course, the ENT has never suggested this. But i have read that bacteria can reside herein, and launch to the sinus area.

Doing a pubmed search on macrolides and sinusitis, and found this from Laryngoscope April 2007, and they mention erythromcyin and clarithromycin as biofilm disrupters. Thinking of Elizabeth/TrueHawk as I post this.

i use a neti pot. Has anyone else ever experienced the flow from one nostril working significantly better than the other direction? why would this be? is it like their is a one-way valve that seperates the sinuses? also, is the irrigation ever actually getting into the sinus ...
