well my allergy symptoms have gone, but the headache has
not, in fact it has become worse! i have fever too. i'm not
so sure its sinusitis. anyone here experience such symptoms
after all the allergic reactions went down? anyway, another

i've been having a runny nose all day and now my head is

I was reading one of the posts here where someone had stated that he
believed "irrigation" was a waste of time, and that the steroid spray
was sufficient to maintain control of his sinusitis.   I thought I would
give this regimen a try, seen as how I was currently using both.

alrighty, it's getting cold around here, so i took the hypoallergenic
comforter to the laundromat.  i bought it a few years ago after years
of washing multiple blanket layers weekly.  it seems to have worked
out so far.  but here are my questions:
