Does anybody else chart their condition? I put mine on a calendar and it's about one week infection and about two weeks of only very slight symptoms. I have a suspicion that it is a recurring virus.

What are the best alternative sinusitis/upper respiratory treatments that have worked for other people? I have had good luck with some alternative methods I have tried but others have been useless or caused complications. I didn't have much luck with orthodox methods.

There doesn't seem to be any mention of Pulsatile Irrigation ie: Grossan Nasal Irrigation System which might pump the solution deeper. Also, adjusting the posture so as to allow the saline to penetrate deeper in a certain direction is another possibility. All the same,
