Enlarged Sinuses?12 Oct 2007 18:39 GMT1
The first indication that I had that I had sinus problems was a CAT
scan in preparation for a sinus lift. They had the scan showed that my
sinuses about the top teeth were quite enlarged.
The only symptoms I really had most of my life was that my ears felt a

What exactly has Mayo patented with respect to administering
amphotericin B?  Accentia BioPharmaceuticals has been releasing
loads of press releases about sinunase which as far as I can
tell is just amphotericin B.  I've done the amphotericin B
Permanent infection schedule 1-wk on 2-wks off...09 Oct 2007 22:59 GMT2
Does anybody else chart their condition?

Re: Alternative Sinus Treatments09 Oct 2007 15:18 GMT2
What are the best alternative sinusitis/upper respiratory treatments
that have worked for other people? I have had good luck with some
alternative methods I have tried but others have been useless or
caused complications. I didn't have much luck with orthodox methods.

Whenever I take out a mcdonald's big mac, or chicken burger, I always

excess mucus, hence I have avoided big macs and fast food, but
recently I was in a hurry and only place to grab some food was at sub

Causes hunger?05 Oct 2007 14:04 GMT2
I have had a bad cold and sinus infection over the past 2 weeks and during
the last week when the mucous has been at its worst I have been constantly
hungry - can this be a symptom of sinus/cold problems or is it likely to be
something else.
Re: new irrigation study04 Oct 2007 21:23 GMT1
There doesn't seem to be any mention of Pulsatile Irrigation ie:
Grossan Nasal Irrigation System which might pump the solution deeper.
Also, adjusting the posture so as to allow the saline to penetrate
deeper in a certain direction is another possibility.  All the same,
getting worse before it gets better?03 Oct 2007 06:57 GMT5
I'd been having severe facial pain on the right side of my face for
months.  I went to the dentist (and had a couple root canals and
extractions when the pain didn't subside), periodontist (who said my
gums were fine), and my GP (who said it didn't appear I had TMJ).
