First of all, please excuse my English.
I breathe sufficiently well during the day, but during the night, when
I should be sleeping pleasantly, my nose gets clogged, and I have
terrible apneas and sleep disorders.

In desperation I penned this poem to my ENT (which of course didn't
help at all!)...Any ideas where to publish?  Or find help for this
condition?

After a six month relapse and a 2 bottles of Flonaise I searched the net for

I'm using a Waterpik with a Grossan tip.  Would 250ml per nostril be okay?
Or would less be better (I think I read that if you do it for too long you
get rid of good bacteria)?
