I have been free of sinus problems for several months now.  My ENT has
me using Rhinocort AM and PM,  I have been feeling great.
Over Labor Day weekend, I flew to Montreal and back, and since then
have been having sinus problems.  I think I heard that flying can cause

I'm also wondering about the steam sprays, will they help for PND?  Has
anybody had success.  If I just do it with a cup of steaming water, how long
should I do it for?  How often?
