It is 4 months I'm irrigating.
I noticed that the situation didn't improve so I started to turn  my head
upside down
and increase gently the pressure to force the liquid into the sinuses.

I use "Otrivin" nasal drops to decognate my nostrils.Is the use of
nasal drop,become habitual.If so guide for alternate remedy

Does anybody recommend a good sinus doctor in the metro atlanta area?

I have been suffering from allergies, which have made my sinuses
unbearable. So after many sinus infections and about 4 antibiotics
given from my primary care I decided to go to an ENT. I went to his
office the first time a little over a month ago and on the first visit

It's too soon to tell how good this is going to get or if it's going to
last, but I have virtually no PND, no feeling of congestion, and pretty
much nothing but water came out after irrigating today and yesterday.

Hi, I have suffered from sinus problems for over a year now, but am
somewhat confused with my symptoms. A lot of people describe "Post
Nasal Drip", "Facial pain" and "Thick green or yellow discharge",
however I never get these symptoms. The only symptoms I feel are nasal

I've been suffering the effects of Sinusitis for about 6 months, the
symptoms of which have amounted to the following:
*Dis-orientation/brain cloud (The main reason I hate Sinusitis)
*Headaches (forehead, and wrap around the back at times)- usually

My ENT came back from his holidays after 5 weeks and examined me Post
Op(Mini FSS-widening of Ostia). He said my sinuses had healed "beautifully"
post op. He also said he found normal mucosal fluid,evidence of past sinus
disease,a very serious problem of the thinness of my bone ...

Don. Sorry for being so direct. I have read that your surgery was a
great success. I was just wondering if you had submucous resections of
your inferior turbinates done? If so, were they done with a
microdebrider? Your help has been truly invaluable.

The augmentin cleared up the infection. I have been off of it for a
week. I've been taking OTC Claritin and using a Nasocort spray. It has
been about three days since I've had the need to use irrigation with
the Nasaline syringe. IOW, so far, so good.

Anybody else get this, or know why???
