After a pansinusitis I was able to clean almost everything but frontal sinuses are still bad. Now I wonder if irrigation is able to reach those sinuses otherwise it's unuseful to add Xylitol or whatever !

I've had trouble with sinusitis for over twenty years. Until last year, it was usually just a late summer occurrence that would go away after a round of antibiotics, and I'd be good for another year. Last year was different.
