i just found this group and i am at mywits(or sinuses) end. i have been
thru the gambit of meds.....drs....specialists and knowone  seems to be
able to help. ive had lazer surgery on the inside of my nose to see if
that helps reduce the swelling and congestion but that didn't work. ...

About 6 weeks ago I caught some kind of virus.  Thought it was just the
usual thing but my neck glands were sore and I was very tired.  It
turned into a cough and after weeks finally got better for a few days.
But after the few days it went to my chest and I actually thought I was

so, last summer, I was diagnosed with chronic sinusitis, I've tried
allergra and Alavert and I don't seem to respond to those.
the doc suggested I get FESS (i think), but didn't do it because was
afraid of the after affects of it...the whole blindless thing scares

I took Rhinocort, Flonase, nasonex ect.I forgot which one worked the
best. Now my Dr. said he would give me all of them (some samples) It was
over a year since I took them (seasonal) I hope I get it right the first
time. I thought he said one had water/no preservatives and some were ...

I'm going a bit mad here, i've had (what have been diagnosed as) Sinus
Problems for quite some time, but its getting so frustrating, i've got
such a 'constellation' of symptoms that i took matters into my own
hands (researching on internet) and have really scared myself that it

After weeks of oral doxycycline, which seemed to keep the infection in
check (until I stopped taking it, of course), I'm now trying a nasal
rinse with vancomycin. But it's not working.
Any advice?
