Has anyone tryed Sinus magic nasal spray? If so is how well? Or is this just another BS product we get suckered into to trying. There is so many junk products. Like the capsun Hot pepper nasal spray . (junk) (worthless) Thank you

A nurse told me to take Bi Yan Pian. Its a herbal med. 1 bottle I bought. She said take 5 at 3 times a day. Day 1 not much. Day 2 I took 6 with a empty stomach in the morning. OMG the yellow discharge in the shower was huge. I felt great. I took The bottle of 100 in 5 days. @

I have a nasal ulcer (septal) that tends to bleed when irritated. As the trees are now budding, my nose runs and even moisturized tissues irritate it and cause bleeding. Should I continue using a nasal rinse? Antihistamines? Nasal gel?

Anyone else taking Niacin for the cholesterol lowering and triglyceride effect notice the significant reduction in allergy/histamine symptoms? Since I have been taking Niacin at 100mg after each meal three times a day I have not needed to take Allegra any longer for the milder ...
