Just and FYI - I went out to Palo Alto yesterday to see Dr. Winston
Vaughn about my chronic PND and sinus problems. He was very nice and
the clinic is fantastic. He had no help for me though. He has said the
same thing every other ENT has told me. Diagnosis; Vasomotor Rhinitis.

I had a cat scan that showed maxillary and some sinuses clogged.
(maxillaryLeft side) I use OTC spray for over 2 yraes. My Dr said

anyone experience tightness in their chest while also having sinus
trouble? suffering from chronic sinus inflammation at the moment but
occasionally having quite uncomfortable breathing in my chest and
shortness of breath too.
