I am fairly certain I do NOT have a cold but rather "feels like I have a cold" is the best way I can describe what I'm feeling from irrigation. I have irrigated in the past with the same problem, both doing isotonic and hypertonic.

i just picked up some Alkalol and decided to give it a try. the bottle said that it can be used at half or full strength. i started conservatively and probably put just uner 1/3 Alkalol - 2/3 warm salt tap water. this i used with a neti pot. Wow! I had to end up weakening it
