Writers raise a good point re head to one side while irrigating vs head dead center. Most of the "pot" irrigation systems require you to hold your head to the side. Ths places the solution at the "bottom" where the eustachian tube is located.

Ive noticed that when i get sinus flare-ups, i get a bit drowsy (note: im not taking any meds for it) - is this something that anyone else experiences? Also.... Can anyone reccomend something to ease up the constant
