Writers raise a good point re head to one side while irrigating vs head dead
center.
Most of the "pot" irrigation systems require you to hold your head to the side.
Ths places the solution at the "bottom" where the eustachian tube is located.

I am a runner, 45 years old, 45 miles per week average.  Got a sinus
infection with very swollen sinuses.  Doc put me on a week of oral
antibiotics & used Nasonex for 3 weeks.  Only ran 2X while using the
Nasonex without incident.  Stopped using Nasonex on Sunday, and ran 10

Ive noticed that when i get sinus flare-ups, i get a bit drowsy (note:
im not taking any meds for it) - is this something that anyone else
experiences?
Also.... Can anyone reccomend something to ease up the constant

I got severe sinusitus.  I'm being treated by my allergy and ENT
doctors.  Had my 7th sinus surgery last March and about to have another
one soon.  So I know the drill and routine pretty well.  But the last
few months I have been noticing a new symptom.  During my episodes of

former 20+ year employee at Water Pik,  most recently as their
National Accounts Director,  I am intimately familiar with irrigator
units and their application.
