I have a chronic problem in one of my frontal sinuses. Had a complete
ream-out 7 years ago (maxillaries, turbinates, ethmoids, sphenoid,
frontal, antral windows). This one sinus started acting up about a year
and a half ago.

Whenever I touch it with my tongue, it itches and lasts for a minute, and
causes sneeze.
What's the reason for that?
