I have a chronic problem in one of my frontal sinuses. Had a complete ream-out 7 years ago (maxillaries, turbinates, ethmoids, sphenoid, frontal, antral windows). This one sinus started acting up about a year and a half ago.

At the moment sinuses are really painful, swollen, I have a clicking noise in my nose, and I am sure that I can taste & smell metal? I want a home remedy that will help? Who knows how to do that nasal flushing thing? I don't want to try it without guidance!! --- Outgoing mail ...

i seem to have picked up yet another possible 'symptom', side effect related to my sinus disorders. long been suffering from big time inflammation - nasal passages almost or completely swollen shut - and dryness - but no 'infection' or typical congestion/drainage.
